Be aware that the three-step procedure for disciplinary, grievance and dismissals will be replaced on 6th April 2009!
The aim of the change is to provide more flexibility and resolve disputes quickly, therefore making the whole process easier.
Free pre-claim conciliation services will be provided by ACAS to organisations who find themselves in a dispute that could lead to a costly tribunal claim.
